Qistina was very happy with her new friend Ekin,and Alhamdulilah she is not sick even though the wheather was so hot.They were like sister. Every day i need to wake up early...huhu..coz 6 in the morning is already bright but however I will wake up around 7am-7.30am ..I am at mother in-law house,not good if wake up too late..hehe..not like KL,at 8am only you can see the sun!

How breast feeding benefit u and baby!!

My daughter is 1 year and 5 months and she is still breast feeding even though at night the most.At day time she will go for bottle feeding.
I still remember the first time i breast feed her,it was the precious moment that I ever had when this little baby hunger for milk.I can feel that I was born to be a mom..
There is one time my mom asked me to stop breast feed her because we worried if i go work she might refused bottle feeding.We try given her bottle but she was crying and crying!At that time i was crying too and decided to breast feed her till her age reach 2 years old.
I admit breastfeeding is a hard job to do.I sacrifies my time,energy,entertaiment,my work just to breast feed my little baby!Below is the benefit if you go for breastfeeding:-
-protects your baby from gastrointestinal trouble, respiratory problems, and ear infections
-protect your baby from developing allergies.
-may boost your child's intelligence
-may protect against obesity later in life

time to diet nih!!!

Huh my BMI shows that i'm over weight!!!Overweight is having extra body weight from muscle, bone, fat,and/or water.Being overweight or obese puts me at the risk for many diseases and conditions. The more body fat that I carry around and the more my weigh, the more likely I am develop heart disease, high blood pressure!Oh no,I have to take it seriously..I have to lose 10-15 kg to get my ideal weight..wish me luck!!
As I google from IE i found that women adult only needs 2000 calories per day for normal lifestyle (working at the office and do a normal job).However,somebody who do hardwork,may require more calories per day.Can you just imagine if you take Macdonalds (burger,fries and carbonated drinks,it contains 1100 calories while your body only needs 2000 calories!!So please go for happy meals for small portion of food.If u drink 4 glass of tea tarik per day it same as you eat 1 plate of rice..So now i understand the calories that i have been taken will turn to fat if i do not use all the energy.
I do not want to go for diet pills,slimming programme which only waste my money..Now I will try to prevent or treat my overweight by:-
1)Follow a healthful diet,while keeping my calorie needs in mind
2)Are physically active (huh my job require me seating the most)
3)Start with Cardio exercise (huh,taugh job to do!!)
Try to cut off-choc,ice-cream,cakes,ice,carbonated drinks,fast food,and kuih-muih (snacks)..huhu goodbye my Secret recipe,my choc banana and cheese cake!!!

Mother's job..
The doctor gave the "good bacteria" medicine to kill the "bad bacteria" for her stomach.The funny thing is my daughter will start crying when the doctors looks at her.Since baby she just doesn't likes DOCTOR!!!
I hate doctor so much!!!!huhu
I hate the part when I have to feed her with medicine,me and hubby have to force her.She will cry and vommit back the medicine and we have to do the same thing all over again and again until we confident that she is really swallow the medicine.
On my part...I'm fully exhausted but have to stand on it.I have less sleep,rest,and at the same time I've got stomach ache and headache.The "wind" is all over my body.I've tried all the traditional remedy that I know just to remove the "wind".I have taken ginger juice,drink green tea,and the most bad things is I have to chew a garlic.The taste was so bad!but seems effective on me. njlfjkl;fhjbmk;fjhjhjpjhpophjpohjpohjophjp
Holiday trip
Eventhough we still visited the same historical places but the moment that we had is different..this is the time we share love and happiness together..I don't believe when I and hubby not "fighthing" with each other for a week..
haha..if not every day ada saja yang tak kena..We flashback all the memory that we have together...spent time with Qistina is the best time for us since we both are quite busy with our daily work."Makan time" is a challenging part for me..I am on diet but unfortunately my lust is stronger than others thing..breakfast,lunch,dinner,sometimes supper..you complete my stomoch!huh..
We visited my hubby's fren house at Kuah,Kamal and Susan..they have baby too same age with Qistina..but her body size is extremelly different..Bibi Sharmila is 2 times bigger than Qistina..She is so cute and she will dance when her mama sing a "twinkle-twinkle" song to her..Hmm baby sekarang drink to much milk contains with DHA..they are able to develop their own skill aggressively..Qistina now will clap her hand when we said "good girl " to her..its a praise for her when she manage to do something good..
5 days I free my mind with work,city and busy life..Life is wonderful when you know how to make your life happy..just spent time with yourself,pampered it with something you feel good..cheersfamily**happy**sharing**great times**just love it yah**

Syawal Sept 2009
Syawal..the best time to share love with family,relatives,and freinds ...syukur,evethough I'm back as a hotelier,but plus minus all the day off I've got 4 days leave.Syawal is the sacrifies month,to appologize,to free your heart and mind from unnecessary things,and to thanks to God for giving us what we still have now...Once Muslim have been through all the obstacles during Ramadhan,Syawal is the gifts from Allah for us to celebrate the big ceremony to all his slaves.However this syawal is one of the tested months where we heard tsunami,earth quake and floaded in Indonesia,Samoa,Filipina and the others Asia countries.There are thousand of people killed in this nature disaster.Al-Fatihah to them and may God bless them..Today I have read neswaper on the re-development of Banda Acheh which collapased during the big Tsunami in 2004.It has been 5 years since the tragedy happened and it is still fresh on my mind.It was stated around 250,000 killed and it was the highest numbers compare to other countries which affected on the same tragedy.However,it shows Banda Acheh now is getting better and they are closed to each other for every aspects of their life.As I'm live in Malaysia I am "besyukur" because our country is safe,peaceful,and there is still a freedom for me and family to get a better life.We have no war,big fighthing,or any big disaster.I can't imagine if in one day I'm not be able to bring my daughter just to go to the park.Please stop complaining for a small issue and please do take care of our country as we have to develop our next generation to lead this country..PEACE NO WAR!!!

- Thankz to all family members and friendz who invited me for raya open house
